Where Are We Hiring?

Home Care Worker needed in:

  • Faversham
  • Sittingbourne
  • Boughton
  • Tenyham (and nearby areas)

Positions available: Permanent Full Time & Part Time

Shift patterns:

  • Mornings: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evenings: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Weekends (alternative shifts available)

Job Description

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide life-changing care and support to enable vulnerable adults of all ages to live fully in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with mobility issues and disabilities, including handling aids, adaptations, and personal equipment.
  • Carry out domestic tasks such as:
    • Changing beds
    • Tidy rooms
    • Light cleaning
    • Laundry
    • Emptying commodes
  • Provide personal care, including:
    • Washing, bathing, and hygiene support
    • Dressing and toileting assistance
  • Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks—assisting with any required feeding.
  • Support with medication administration (as agreed with service users).
  • Contribute to end-of-life care where necessary.

Requirements

  • A right to work in the UK (mandatory)
  • Access to a vehicle (a driving licence is required)
  • No prior experience needed, but you must demonstrate:
    • Deep compassion for those in need
    • Strong communication skills
    • Problem-solving ability
    • Commitment to high-quality, respectful care
