Home Care Worker needed in:
- Faversham
- Sittingbourne
- Boughton
- Tenyham (and nearby areas)
Positions available: Permanent Full Time & Part Time
Shift patterns:
- Mornings: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends (alternative shifts available)
Job Description
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide life-changing care and support to enable vulnerable adults of all ages to live fully in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with mobility issues and disabilities, including handling aids, adaptations, and personal equipment.
- Carry out domestic tasks such as:
- Changing beds
- Tidy rooms
- Light cleaning
- Laundry
- Emptying commodes
- Provide personal care, including:
- Washing, bathing, and hygiene support
- Dressing and toileting assistance
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks—assisting with any required feeding.
- Support with medication administration (as agreed with service users).
- Contribute to end-of-life care where necessary.

Requirements
- A right to work in the UK (mandatory)
- Access to a vehicle (a driving licence is required)
- No prior experience needed, but you must demonstrate:
- Deep compassion for those in need
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Commitment to high-quality, respectful care
