About The Role
Being a Community Carer is a deeply rewarding position dedicated to helping individuals live independently in their own homes. In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, and food preparation in clients' homes
- Safely administer medication as per a client’s care plan (full training provided)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Support clients to enjoy life and remain as independent as possible
- Offer compassionate care and brighten clients’ days through sincerity and kindness
- Be part of a strong team, dedicated to the highest standards of support

About You
Formal qualifications or care experience are not required, but we’re looking for someone who:
- Has natural kindness, patience, and a compassionate approach to caring for others (even volunteer or family care experience counts!)
- Delivers excellent customer service, attention to detail (e.g., remembering preferences like “milky tea with two sugars”)
- Respects clients’ dignity, privacy, and autonomy—you’ll be visiting homes to provide personal care
- Works independently with strong timekeeping, as no two days are the same
- Is open to developing their career through access to fully-funded training and qualifications
Additionally, you must have access to your own vehicle (essential for safely transporting supplies and visiting multiple clients).
