Role Overview
We are seeking devoted Care Assistants to join our growing team and support our service users across:

Types of positions available: Permanent (both full-time and part-time).
Working Patterns
Due to the demanding nature of the care work, shifts are:
- Mornings: 7am - 3pm
- Evenings: 3pm - 10pm
- Alternative weekends (flexibility to work a minimum of at least 2 evening shifts per week is required).
Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker, you’ll play an invaluable role in empowering and supporting vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives within their own homes. Key responsibilities include:
- Helping service users overcome mobility challenges, physical disabilities, and providing care for aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
- Assisting with domestic tasks:
- Making and changing beds
- Tidying rooms
- Light cleaning
- Laundry
- Emptying commodes
- Supporting with personal care, such as:
- Assisting with washing and bathing
- Toileting arrangements
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks, providing assistance for eating and drinking when necessary.
- Supporting with medication preparation and administration as needed.
- Contributing to end-of-life care when required.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the following are essential:
- Right to work within the UK
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for this role)
- No previous experience necessary — though you must demonstrate:
- Authentic compassion and commitment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Pledge to deliver top-tier, respectful care
