Competitive hourly rates £14.20ph Weekdays and £14.40ph Weekend Enhancement on Bank Holidays Mileage pay at 40p per mile Fully Paid travel time Paid Holiday Free DBS Paid Award-winning training and ongoing support Access to further learning Clear career progression routes Flexible hours Blue light card Private pension scheme About the Role: We’re looking for warm, dependable Care Assistants to support our clients in their own homes with tasks such as: Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings What we’re looking for: Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend Commit to attending a 3-day training course Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
