- Whitstable
- Herne Bay
Opportunities available:

Full-Time & Part-Time roles

Shifts available (preference for evening availability, but all considered):
- Mornings: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Evenings: 3 PM – 10 PM
- Alternative weekends

Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker, your role will involve delivering life-changing care and support to vulnerable adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. You’ll assist with:
- Mobility & physical care, including helping with aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
- Domestic tasks such as:
- Making and changing beds
- Tidying rooms
- Light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes
- Personal care, including:
- Assisting with washing, bathing, and toileting needs.
- Meal preparation, including:
- Preparing and serving snacks and drinks
- Assisting with feeding if required.
- Medication assistance (preparing and administering as instructed).
- Supporting end-of-life care when needed and in collaboration with the care team.

Requirements
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Authorisation to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for role success).
- No prior experience necessary, but you must demonstrate:
- Compassion & empathy
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, respectful care
