Our competitive pay rates mean your time and commitment are truly valued, with earnings of up to £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage on top.

With our fully paid training programme, including both in-person and online learning, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

What You Can Look Forward To
- Competitive pay of £13.50–£15.50 per hour depending on when you work
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, including travel to and from home (after 10 miles)
- Weekly pay
- Enhanced evening and weekend rates
- Fully paid training, no experience required
- 28 days’ paid holiday (pro-rata)
- Company phone and car options (subject to eligibility)
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Community Carer, you’ll help people maintain their independence by:
- Supporting with everyday routines, including personal care and medication
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Building trusted relationships with the people you support
- Helping individuals continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes

A Few Essentials

- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
