With our fully paid training programme, including both in-person and online learning, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

What You Can Look Forward To

  • Competitive pay of £13.50–£15.50 per hour depending on when you work
  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, including travel to and from home (after 10 miles)
  • Weekly pay
  • Enhanced evening and weekend rates
  • Fully paid training, no experience required
  • 28 days’ paid holiday (pro-rata)
  • Company phone and car options (subject to eligibility)

  • Supporting with everyday routines, including personal care and medication
  • Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Building trusted relationships with the people you support
  • Helping individuals continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes
