ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
✅ No prior care experience required – Full training is provided
✅ Assessment & registration requirements:
- Must have a genuine passion for supporting others
- Driver’s licence & access to a vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Reliability & positivity
- Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI check
- NISCC registration (or willingness to register)

MAIN DUTIES
Providing essential care to service users with compassion and professionalism:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Managing prompt medication administration & monitoring health changes
- Supporting mobility & daily living tasks
- Offering companionship & reducing loneliness
- Maintaining a safe home environment
- Recording accurate care notes & reporting concerns
