Community Carer (No Experience Required!)

Driving Licence & Vehicle Required | Flexible Shifts Available (part-time & full-time)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

✅ No prior care experience required – Full training is provided

✅ Assessment & registration requirements:

  • Must have a genuine passion for supporting others
  • Driver’s licence & access to a vehicle
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability & positivity
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI check
  • NISCC registration (or willingness to register)

MAIN DUTIES

Providing essential care to service users with compassion and professionalism:

  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Managing prompt medication administration & monitoring health changes
  • Supporting mobility & daily living tasks
  • Offering companionship & reducing loneliness
  • Maintaining a safe home environment
  • Recording accurate care notes & reporting concerns
