Community Care Assistants (Flexible Hours)
📍 Location: West Cornwall (Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, Helston, and surrounding areas)
💰 Pay: £14.00 per hour
🚗 Mileage: 45p per mile (paid from your first client call of the day)
⏰ Hours: Fully flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle (Full-time, Part-time, Evenings, Weekends)

What You Will Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support to vulnerable adults.
- Assist with daily tasks including meal preparation, shopping, and light housework.
- Support with personal care, medication prompting, and mobility.
- Travel between clients, enjoying the scenic coastal and rural routes of Cornwall.

Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check is mandatory (we can assist you with the application process).
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A genuinely caring, empathetic, and reliable nature.
- Excellent communication skills and the right to work in the UK.
