Rise is seeking Casual Domestic Assistant (Cleaners) for weekday day shifts in the Community (North Metro)


👉🏼 The need-to-know…

Rise is seeking Domestic Assistant’s who are passionate about two things, cleaning and supporting the aged. In this role, you will help our Aged Care clients to stay independent and living in their own homes by providing services such as general cleaning, vacuuming and mopping whilst building supportive relationships.

We Are Seeking Reliable Casual Staff With Weekday Availability Between 9am To 4pm (school Hours Can Be Accommodated) To Support Services Across The Following Areas

  • Area 1: Warwick to Leederville and surrounding suburbs
  • Area 2: Upper northern suburbs including Joondalup and surrounding suburbs

To meet service demands, applicants must be available during peak leave periods, including school holidays, Easter and Christmas/New Year periods. Casual employees should also be prepared to receive early morning calls for same-day service cover, with shifts commencing from 6:30am onwards.

Important: This is a community-based Aged Care role that requires travelling between multiple client homes throughout each shift. Applicants must be willing and able to undertake daily travel as an essential requirement of the role.


👉🏼 The need-to-have…

Here At Rise, We Nurture Potential, But We Do Need You To Have a Few Tricks Up Your Sleeve Including The Following

  • Experience cleaning to a high standard with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience following routines, procedures, instructions whilst working independently
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate efficiently with people who are aged and/or with a disability
  • Confidence using a smart mobile device and apps
  • Driving licence and reliable vehicle to use for work purposes

✅ Formalities (The serious stuff!)

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
