Are you passionate about reducing homelessness?

Whether due to housing insecurity or poor mental health, more people are experiencing crises than ever before. At Connection Support, we believe in a future free from crisis, but when crises do happen, we’re there every step of the way.

We are currently recruiting for a Community Connector to join our Thrive team in Aylesbury and High Wycombe.

About The Service

Thrive is an initiative that sits within Connection Support that is specifically aimed at families. It was started as a response to those many children in Buckinghamshire who are not living in the safe and loving environments they need to thrive, leaving them at risk of lifelong negative consequences.

The Impact You Will Have

Working collaboratively with families, volunteers and partner organisations, you will champion parent voice and participation, helping to create inclusive and empowering opportunities for families to lead, influence and connect with one another.

This role is key to empowering parents and families to use their lived experience to shape the Thrive community. By creating opportunities for connection, peer support and involvement, you will help reduce isolation, build confidence and strengthen community networks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
