As a Community Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our workplace, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers and visitors. You'll build strong relationships, support the day-to-day operation of the space, coordinate events and experiences, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary: £39,523 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and visitors.
  • Build positive relationships and create a strong community culture.
  • Coordinate events, activities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the workspace.
  • Manage customer enquiries, bookings and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high standards across customer-facing areas.

The ideal candidate will

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident building relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or flexible workspaces is desirable
