About the Role
As a highly organised Manager with the ability to meet deadlines and have excellent time management skills, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement policies and procedures, and support the delivery of community development initiatives.

Role Specifics
As the Community Development Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects efficiently and in line with organisational objectives. The role includes responsibility for HR and finance administration, including recruitment and onboarding, staff records, payroll support, budget monitoring, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

Working Hours
Working hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm however there is the requirement to work outside of these hours when needed which may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
