Central to this mission is the Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance, comprising Anglian Water, MGroup, Barhale and Kier. Together, the alliance delivers expert solutions for clean water and water recycling assets.
About the Role
As our Community Engagement Lead, you’ll help deliver our capital programmes through exemplary stakeholder and community engagement. Your objective is to embed Anglian Water within local communities and make a positive difference to the places our stakeholders live and work.
This role requires a strong communicator who can align with both internal project teams and external stakeholders to create engaging, customer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Enable smooth delivery of the capital programme by keeping communities at the heart of all projects.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with project teams, ensuring community concerns are prioritised.
- Lead clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, local authorities and community groups.
- Manage customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely resolutions to maintain positive engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, implement improvements and optimise customer experiences.
- Champion community needs, advocating for decisions that protect local interests and Anglian Water’s reputation.
- Present analytical findings to support informed decision-making within teams.
Key Requirements
