Contract: Permanent/Full time
Salary: circa £41,657

Here with Anglian Water, we collaborate with a number of alliance partners to provide the best water and water recycling services across the region by maintaining our existing assets and undertaking new projects to safeguard future water supplies.
Playing a key part in our drive to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop are our Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Framework Partnership. Comprising of Anglian Water, MGroup, Barhale and Kier, the IOS Framework Partnership work together to concentrate on solutions across the water recycling and clean water asset base.
What will you be doing as our new Community Engagement Lead
Enable delivery of our capital programme with exemplary stakeholder and community engagement, driving toward our vision of being embedded in our community and delivering for our region. Make a positive difference to our local communities, making sure they stay great places to live and work.

The Community Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing community engagement. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who can collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and customer-focused experience.
What Skills, Experience And Behaviours We Are Looking For
- Build trusted relationships with project teams to ensure communities remain at the heart of delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders, local authorities and community groups to deliver clear, proactive communication.
- Manage customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely resolutions and exceptional service.
- Use data and insight to identify trends, drive improvements and enhance customer experiences.
- Champion customer needs, influencing decisions that protect community interests and reputation.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and able to present insights that support informed decision-making.
- Passionate about making a positive difference for customers, communities and the environment.

Regular travel across the whole region will be required, especially Norwich.
