Are you looking for an exciting first step into sports development, community engagement, events, sales or business administration? Do you want to be part of a team that delivers inspiring programmes for schools, families and local communities across Northamptonshire?
Our Community Team is looking for a Community Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and eager to develop their skills whilst supporting some of the most impactful community programmes in professional sport.
Working alongside our Senior Community Executive, you will help drive the growth and success of programmes including schools provision and Little Saints, residential experiences, and adult participation activities. You will also play a key role in supporting matchday community events and creating positive experiences for the thousands of participants who engage with Northampton Saints Community each year.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting the growth and development of community programmes across schools and the wider community.
- Building positive relationships with schools, families, participants and community partners.
- Helping to coordinate and deliver community events, stadium tours and matchday experiences.
- Supporting reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for programme growth and improvement.
- Working closely with colleagues across Northampton Saints to ensure activities are planned and delivered to a high standard.
- Acting as a positive ambassador for Northampton Saints Community and delivering excellent customer service.

ABOUT YOU
You don’t need extensive experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
You will ideally have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational and administrative abilities.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and creating positive experiences for others.
