- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- 12-hour shifts (day and night)
- Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week
About the Role
Join our specialist Complex Care Team as a Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for clients living with complex medical needs, including:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Tracheostomy dependency
- Ventilator management
- Other high-need healthcare conditions
You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them to live independently and comfortably within their local community.
No prior complex care experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided by our clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home support tailored to the client’s needs
- Assist with personal care, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Deliver tracheostomy and ventilator care (post-training)
- Administer medication and maintain detailed care records
- Monitor welfare and health status, escalating concerns appropriately
- Adhere to individual care plans and risk assessments
Requirements
Essential
- Compassionate and reliable attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
Desirable
- Previous experience in care, support, healthcare, or customer service
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Driving licence (vehicle access recommended)
