We're recruiting full-time and part-time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. Roles are available in Salisbury, Amesbury, Wilton, Harnham, Laverstock, Odstock and surrounding areas.
About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes, helping them stay safe, independent, and connected:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and managing medication support
- Encouraging independence through outcome-focused care strategies
- Offering companionship to make someone’s day more vibrant
- Assisting with light household tasks
- Collaborating with families, social workers, nurses and other professionals
- Reporting changes in patient condition and maintaining care records
