Job Opportunity: Community Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Locations: Salisbury, Amesbury, Wilton, Harnham, Laverstock, Odstock, and surrounding areas

Key Details
- Pay: £13.65 to £14.65 per hour, with enhancements of up to £18.50 per hour on bank holidays
- Typical weekly earnings: Between £530 and £725, depending on hours

What You’ll Be Doing as a Community Healthcare Assistant
You’ll support individuals in their own homes, helping them stay safe, independent, and connected:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication
- Encouraging independence through outcome-focused support
- Providing companionship to brighten someone’s day
- Assisting with light household tasks
- Working alongside families, social workers, nurses, and other professionals
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records
Who Are We Looking For?
No experience? No problem. We value personality and commitment above all else.
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle (essential)
