Community Host
Community Host – Member Experience & Operations
You are the face of the building and a key player in creating an outstanding member experience. As the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, your role ensures the space runs smoothly, professionally, and positively at all times. You will support day-to-day operations, member services, and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience
- Deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with satisfaction KPIs
- Act as the primary front desk contact during business hours
- Strengthen relationships with members and their guests
- Manage the building inbox and member support ticket system while adhering to SLAs
- Oversee mail and package distribution
- Assist in planning events, promotions, and communications to enhance the member experience
- Prepare weekly newsletter content for approval
- Provide administrative support to the (Assistant) Community Manager
- Keep the front desk and mailroom clean, organised, and welcoming
Operations
- Conduct daily building walkthroughs to maintain high-quality standards
- Escalate and follow up on maintenance or service issues
- Support the execution of the Emergency Action Plan
- Assist in member onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage stock ordering and inventory control
- Support light sales-related activities, including tours and lead follow-up
- Participate in a commission structure post-probation

Events & Community
- Help create and promote the monthly event calendar
- Execute community events that build connection and engagement
- Encourage event attendance through internal promotion
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance member experience
About You
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, administration, or customer-facing roles
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and structured
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Fluent in English and the local language (written and spoken)
