What you’ll do Be visible and proactive on our estates to build strong links with our communities Support housing managers with their patches to improve neighbourhoods Handle tasks like managing voids, liaising with local authorities, carrying out estate inspections and meeting contractors on site Complete and record routine safety checks in buildings and communities Keep admin up to date, including records, ordering and arranging payments for works Why join us This is more than a job, it’s a place where you feel valued. The practical bits You’ll work as our Community Housing Assistant in a hybrid role, spending at least two days in the office, one day working from home, and two days out on patch in Gateshead. Flexible working hours. There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview We mainly work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
