Job Description

As Community Lead at Judge.me, you will architect a thriving ecosystem for e-commerce operators. You will transition a fast-growing community of 500+ members into a self-sustaining accelerator. This individual contributor role involves hosting live sessions, creating native content, and organizing global meetups to deepen engagement and turn merchants into brand advocates.

What You Will Do

  • Design and host live community moments, including webinars, AMAs, and in-person merchant meetups to drive high-value engagement and connection.
  • Produce community-native content, including discussion prompts, newsletters, and event copy, acting as the primary voice for the merchant audience.
  • Identify and champion e-commerce operators and influencers to create a network of contributors who lead and inspire the broader membership.

The ideal candidate

  • Has over 6 years of experience building and scaling engaged online communities from early-stage growth to significant global scale.
  • Possesses exceptional confidence in live hosting, capable of moderating panels or running webinars for professional audiences without hesitation.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and operator experience, ideally having run a DTC store or managed personal brand audiences.
