Job Description
As the Community Lead, you will architect and scale Judge.me’s merchant ecosystem from 500 members into a thriving, self-sustaining accelerator. You’ll be the face of the brand—hosting webinars, producing operator-led content, and organizing events—to help DTC founders level up through shared expertise and genuine connection.

What You Will Do
- Scale and deepen engagement within the live merchant community, turning casual members into active contributors, advocates, and mentors through strategic growth loops.
- Be the face and voice of Judge.me on camera, hosting webinars, podcast episodes, and live sessions while fronting a strategic operator-led video content engine.
- Organize and execute end-to-end community initiatives, including virtual workshops and in-person meetups in London, to build momentum and strengthen merchant relationships.
The ideal candidate
- Has first-hand experience running a DTC store, providing the lived experience necessary to connect with merchants and understand their specific daily operational pain points.
- Brings 6+ years of relevant experience in community building or content creation, with proven confidence presenting on camera and hosting public-facing events.
- Possesses a "builder" mindset with the ability to write community-native copy, track engagement metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
