Community Lead | Manchester | Onsite
⏰ Hours: 9-hour shifts (flexibility required)
I'm currently working with a leading UK workspace operator that's redefining the modern workplace through exceptional hospitality, vibrant communities, and beautifully designed workspaces. We're looking for a Community Lead with 2+ years of relevant experience to become the face of the building, delivering an outstanding member experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a thriving workspace community.

What you'll be doing:
- Creating a warm, welcoming front-of-house experience for members and guests
- Planning and delivering engaging community events
- Supporting office onboarding, access management, and workspace set-up
- Managing building enquiries and meeting room bookings
- Maintaining exceptional building standards and identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience
- Working closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What we're looking for:
- Experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or community/workspace management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, energetic, people-first approach
