The Hacking Games are looking for a Community Lifecycle Manager to serve as the vital bridge between emerging cyber talent and industry employers within the HAPTAI Terminal ecosystem.
THG is a mission-led company creating alternative pathways into cybersecurity and digital careers for young people.
What you will be doing:
You’ll work at the intersection of talent development and workforce needs—guiding students and early-career professionals through their cyber journey while helping employers identify and access candidates whose aptitudes truly match their role requirements. Insights from this role feed directly into the continuous learning loop that refines the HAPTAI algorithms, persona models, and employer-matching logic.

You'll have 👀
- A background in talent development or community management
- An understanding of cybersecurity roles, skills, and career pathways
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (students, educators, employers)
- Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in gaming
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
- Comfortable working with online communities and digital collaboration tools
This role suits someone who has:
- Experience in the cybersecurity, gaming or technology sector
- Familiarity with gamified learning, or cyber competitions
- Understanding of aptitude assessment or psychometric frameworks
- Experience working with educational institutions or early-career programmes
- Track record of building and scaling community initiatives
- Knowledge of bug bounty platforms, GitHub, or other technical communities
