Community Manager
Community Manager — Rap Fame App.
Rap Fame is the world's largest rap-focused social platform, connecting millions of artists, fans, and creators through music, competition, and community. Every day, we help emerging talent share their voice, build an audience, and participate in one of the most passionate music communities in the world.
We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and highly organised Community Manager to help grow and support our community of aspiring rap artists, with a focus on the EU region.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands modern rap culture, has music education, and combines a practical understanding of recording studio workflows with hands-on experience creating songs and/or beats. You should be able to give thoughtful, practical, and constructive feedback to growing artists — helping them improve their sound, delivery, lyrics, recording quality, creative direction, and overall artist presence.
You’ll also play an important role in making the community feel alive: creating moments, conversations, activities, and challenges that bring artists together, keep the energy positive, and make Rap Fame an inspiring and enjoyable place to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
