About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will lead the day-to-day customer experience within the workspace, creating a welcoming, connected and high-performing community. You'll build strong customer relationships, oversee operational excellence, deliver engaging events and experiences, and ensure our members receive exceptional service every day. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisation and a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.

- 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM)
Salary
- £44,706 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the workspace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring high standards throughout.
- Plan and deliver community events, engagement initiatives and customer communications.
- Support customer retention, satisfaction and occupancy goals.
- Lead, coach and develop Community Coordinators where applicable.
- Manage customer enquiries, escalations and operational issues effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will

- Confident, proactive and able to lead by example.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Solutions-focused, adaptable and commercially aware.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, flex workspace or community management is desirable.
