CEO Club & Community Manager
London (Finsbury Park) | Hybrid | Reports to Event Director, £45,000–£55,000 + Benefits
Our client is the number one community of mid-large cap healthcare CEOs and investors across EMEA, connecting the people shaping deal origination, innovation and patient access across the sector.
They are looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to build and grow their community of Healthcare CEOs across Pharma, MedTech, Digital Health and beyond. You'll bring senior leaders to their flagship annual event in Paris, secure them as speakers, and turn their priorities and pain points into content and networking opportunities that keep them coming back.

You'll be:
- Running targeted campaigns to grow attendance and community membership
- Identifying and confirming CEO speakers, shaping content alongside them
- Onboarding CEOs and gathering insight to feed marketing and product strategy
- Facilitating meetings and warm introductions through partnerships and personal networks
- Collaborating with editorial on webinars, podcasts and interviews

You'll need:
- 4+ years engaging or selling to C-level executives
- A background in B2B events, speaker recruitment, business development or marketing
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, telephone-first approach
- An interest in investing, finance and healthcare
- A curious, proactive, growth mindset
