Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Community Manager to work on a full-time basis. The role involves building and nurturing online communities to drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities include moderating discussions, creating content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate community platforms to ensure respectful and constructive interactions among members
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation and retention
- Create, curate, and share relevant content to foster meaningful discussions and connections
- Monitor community health metrics and provide reports on engagement trends and feedback
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align community initiatives with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience managing online communities or social media platforms is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and interactions

- Familiarity with community management tools and platforms
- Problem-solving skills to address conflicts or issues within the community
