Community Neuro Rehab Specialist Nurse - Band 7 - 24.75 hours

This is an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team within CNRT. You would be part of a rewarding and developing service, committed to providing evidence-based intervention. You will lead the development of CNRT nursing team and be active in the development and promotion of integrated neuro rehab services in the community.

CNRT is a multi-disciplinary service who offer support, advice, and therapy intervention to adults who have a physical and/or cognitive impairment due to having a neurological condition. We offer community-based treatments in a variety of settings including the home, group, clinic, or the wider community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic registered nurse, who will provide specialist interventions to patients with neurological conditions.

Role Overview

To lead, develop, and deliver specialist holistic nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary (MDT) community neuro rehabilitation team treating patients with stroke, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions.
