Community Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity in our South Gloucestershire Locality for registered nurses whether you fancy a change from working in hospital or are relocating, this is the perfect place to begin or continue your nursing career.

About the Role

Our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics and support workers who work in an integrated way to support service users on their healthcare journey. We would love for you to come along for the ride.

As a Community Nurse you would be welcomed into one of our busy nursing teams to support service users who have nursing needs in their own homes.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse in one of Sirona's INTs, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework.

You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the requirements of the multi-disciplinary approach to the INT.
