Band 5 Community Nurse Roles - Cheltenham
We are currently seeking nurses possessing the highest standards of care and compassion in order to aid, coach and support our diverse population of patient requirements here in Cheltenham.
Band 5 Community Nurse roles based in Cheltenham. As this is a community based role, the successful candidate will require a driving licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes.
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for this position.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the courage to make clinical decisions and a willingness to develop your potential.
You will require current NMC registration, post-registration experience is helpful but not essential and we have an excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses.
We are a Technologically SMART Trust, offering a ‘Mobile office’ model providing you with all the equipment needed to carry out your role in comfort whilst on the road. This is as a result of the “YOU SPOKE - WE LISTENED” working results in staff safety due to live system and instant access to patient notes and past interactions whilst on the move.
