About the Role

Do you enjoy making a difference and want to be involved in supporting families as they make the transition to parenthood, supporting them when they need it the most? Working in partnership with families, helping them ensure their child fulfils their potential.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly, team player to join our service working across the Borough of Solihull.

Hours available part time/full time.

About the Trust

Job Description

The Community Nursery Nurse will work both independently and as part of the health visiting team to promote positive outcomes for children and young people. The main duties of the role include carrying out developmental assessments and supporting parents/carers by offering advice and support /care interventions on a wide range of health issues; including, toileting, behaviour management, and parenting advice, individually and in groups.
