Goal/ function of a Community Operations Manager
- Site Operations Management: Own the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring it is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Partner & Community Management: Build strong relationships with partners, foster a positive site community, and proactively enhance the overall partner experience.
- Partner Communications: Act as the primary operational contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and effective feedback sharing.
- Site Audits & Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular operational, compliance, and health & safety audits to maintain high standards and identify risks before they become issues.
- Partner Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless move-ins, move-outs, and partner transitions, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout.
- Project Delivery & Implementation: Support and execute operational projects, process improvements, and site initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Community Engagement & Experience: Create opportunities for partner engagement, encourage collaboration across the site, gather feedback, and identify initiatives that strengthen the community and partner satisfaction.

Note: We're looking for someone that lives at max. 30 mins away from Bermondsey as it's important to live close to the site in case of emergencies. Any applications not meeting this will be excluded.
