Description & Requirements

This is a 18.75 hours per week role that is Fixed Term until April 2028. Ideally we're looking for someone local to the Buckinghamshire area, due to travelling commitments as part of the role.

Be part of something great

Maximus is a global organisation that specialises in providing health and employment services to millions of people every year. Here in the UK we employ around 5,000 people across the country to deliver services that have a profound impact on people’s lives. From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.

The Community and Partnership Lead will play a key role in improving health outcomes across Buckinghamshire by delivering an integrated workplace wellbeing offer, providing access to smoking cessation, weight management and alcohol reduction and other wellbeing services.

The role will proactively engage small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to implement a holistic workplace wellbeing package. This will include support for smoking cessation, weight management and alcohol reduction, healthy eating, physical activity, NHS health checks and wider wellbeing, ensuring employers can offer accessible and practical health support to their workforce.

The role will take a holistic and preventative approach, helping employers build workplace environments that support staff to improve and maintain their health. Within this wider offer, supporting the development and implementation of smokefree approaches will form a key part of the role. The postholder will contribute to improving employee health, increasing access to preventative services, and reducing health inequalities across Buckinghamshire workplaces.

  • Support employers to develop and embed practical wellbeing support for their staff, including smoking cessation, weight management
  • Work with employers to identify their needs and tailor wellbeing offers accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR teams and workplace leads
  • Promote a culture of health and wellbeing across workplaces

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
