Role Description
The Community Partnership Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Havant. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, charities, and other stakeholders to raise awareness of Home Instead Havant’s services. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Identifying and developing partnership opportunities
- Managing key accounts
- Attending community events
- Representing the organization at meetings and local forums

- Creating and delivering presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to align partnership activities with service delivery
- Monitoring the impact of community engagement initiatives
The Community Partnership Manager will support business growth by increasing referrals, strengthening brand presence in the community, and ensuring partnerships reflect the organization’s commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Strategic Partnerships and Partnerships skills to identify, develop, and nurture key community and professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to manage partner relationships, follow up on referrals, and ensure consistent engagement and service quality.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including confident presentation, networking, and interpersonal capabilities across diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, track referral trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Experience in community outreach, business development, or relationship management, ideally within health, social care, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively with care and operations teams.
- Good knowledge of the local Havant area and community networks is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, business, health and social care, or a related field is advantageous.
