Job Description: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Team within the Community Treatment Team. This post offers a dynamic and rewarding mix of community and hospital in-reach responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care.

In this role, you will provide care coordination and nursing support to service users with complex mental health needs across both community and inpatient settings. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth transitions between hospital and community care, attending Mental Health Act tribunals, preparing professional reports, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

You will need to be clinically experienced, solution focused, and competent in working with individuals, their families, and carers, in a community setting. You should have a collaborative and enthusiastic approach as well as the passion and commitment to develop and promote recovery-based interventions for adults with mental health-related needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
