Job Overview
We are recruiting for a part-time Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our Flintshire Older Persons Community Mental Health Team on a part-time basis.
About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
- Hold a caseload of patients with organic and functional mental health needs
- Provide support and assessments in their own homes, care homes, and in-patient settings
If you are an experienced Mental Health Nurse with a passion and enthusiasm for working with older adults, we would love to hear from you.
Premium to apply in Welsh or English. Welsh language skills are desirable, but not essential.

Person Specification
Essential Requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
- Significant experience at Band 5 or above
Desirable Experience
- Skills and experience in working with older adults
- Competency in Welsh language skills appreciated
- RMN qualification remains the essential requirement for this role.
Desirable:
- Community Nursing Experience
