Role Overview

The post holder will be based at Springfield University Hospital in Tooting. There is an expectation that the post holder is able to work shift patterns. The candidate will be part of the multi-disciplinary team, working mostly independently. You must be able to have good communication skills, be organized, and possess good time management. A car driver/owner is essential. We are committed to continuous professional development and you will receive regular supervisions to adapt to the needs of the service and to work towards PADR indicators. Team Description

Wandsworth Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team consist of a multidisciplinary, community-based mental health team that aims to provide a safe and effective home-based assessment and treatment service as an alternative to in-patient admission. We can facilitate early discharge from the ward in the least disruptive and restrictive environment. We work in conjunction with, as well as integrate with other local service elements. The workload is team-based and our team members do not carry a specific caseload themselves, instead they share one as a collective unit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
