Neuro-Related Outreach Rehabilitation Support Worker – Sheffield, Full-Time – £13.45/hour (33 Hours/Week)

Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside neurotherapists, utilising exciting collaborations to help individuals regain essential skills—both practical and personal—for an independent and fulfilling quality of life. Because each client’s journey is unique, no two days are the same, ensuring a varied, engaging, and career-enhancing experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong commitment to orientation-focused rehabilitation and person-centred support.
- UK driving licence + access to a private vehicle essential for best site reach (we can discuss in-house vehicle opportunities / branch roles requiring alternative transport).
- Ability to remain adaptable in uncertain situations, solving challenges with ingenuity and empathy.
- Good communication skills—kindness and patience underpin everything we do!
