Salary: £41,355 per annum

Community Impact brings together services that support people, strengthen communities and shape services. We deliver tenancy sustainment, community-based support, customer engagement and partnership activity that helps people thrive, builds stronger communities and ensures customer voices influence the way services are designed and delivered.
About Our Team
Our Community Impact team works across Tenancy Sustainment, Valley Street Community Centre and wider community services. We are passionate about improving customer outcomes through early intervention, safeguarding, partnership working and community support. We work collaboratively to provide practical help, create opportunities and make a positive difference in the communities we serve.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating services that have a direct impact on customers and communities. As Community Services Co-ordinator, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across Tenancy Sustainment, Valley Street and Community Impact services, supporting employees to deliver high-quality, safe and effective services. A typical day could include overseeing complex casework and safeguarding activity, supporting colleagues with decision-making, monitoring performance, working with partners and helping drive service improvements. You'll be at the heart of ensuring services are joined up, data driven, responsive to local need and focused on delivering positive outcomes for customers while supporting the wider delivery of Community Impact priorities.

What We’re Looking For
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
- Experience of leading, coordinating or supporting frontline service delivery.
- Experience managing complex customer situations, including vulnerability, safeguarding or domestic abuse.
- Ability to support and develop employees to deliver high-quality services.
- Strong communication and partnership working skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and external agencies.
- Experience monitoring performance, quality and outcomes and using this information to drive improvement.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and make sound decisions.
Desirable:
- Experience working within housing, tenancy sustainment, community, support or customer-facing services.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, domestic abuse and early intervention approaches.
- Experience of case audits, quality assurance or service improvement activity.
- Experience working collaboratively with partner organisations and community groups.
- CIH professional qualification or willingness to work towards one.
