Community Specialist – Beauty
Location: London - Hybrid (4 days in office) Salary: Up to £30,000
About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led beauty brand to recruit a Community Experience Advisor to join its marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with customers, and wants to play a key role in shaping how consumers experience a much-loved beauty brand.
You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media, paid advertising, email, and community channels, providing personalised skincare advice, answering product questions, and creating meaningful conversations that build trust, loyalty, and advocacy.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers across all platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries
- Recommend products and create personalised skincare routines
- Educate customers on ingredients and product benefits
- Build an engaged online community
- Identify recurring customer questions, trends, and feedback
- Analyse community activity and engagement

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer experience, community management, or social media
- A genuine passion for skincare
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confident managing conversations across multiple channels
- Naturally empathetic, organised, and proactive
- Keen to continually develop skincare and ingredient knowledge
