With only 60 tickets available per event, participants experience carefully curated panel discussions, interactive breakout sessions, and focused networking opportunities. Role Description
The Community Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Leeds, responsible for supporting attendee experience before, during, and after Digital Clubhouse events. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages community interactions, responds to attendee inquiries, and facilitates introductions and networking opportunities. The Community Specialist assists with event check-in, supports breakout sessions, gathers feedback, and helps maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. This position also contributes to community communications, such as follow-up messages and updates, to keep participants informed and engaged between events.

- Candidates should possess Community Engagement and Community Management skills to nurture relationships and support an active, inclusive event community.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide a positive attendee experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Leeds, manage multiple priorities during events, and collaborate effectively with a small team.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or community-focused roles is beneficial, along with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
