Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated qualified nurses to join our Out of Hours District Nursing team.
As postholders are expected to attend domiciliary appointments throughout the shift, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle with suitable business insurance will be required. Applications will be pre-screened for this requirement prior to shortlisting.
Monday to Sunday working pattern. This is for various permanent part-time posts covering evening shifts between 1730-2300.
Only those with active NMC registration can be considered for this post.

Main duties of the job
You will have a variety of clinical skills and be able to demonstrate continued professional development and qualified as a registered nurse. You will have highly developed communication and personal skills.
You will have the ability to work alone but still be a team player. If you feel you are adaptable, self-motivated, and able to respond to challenges then please apply for this position. This role requires an Enhanced DBS check + Adults' Barred Lists, which will be obtained during pre-employment checks.
You will need to be able to travel independently across the Trust.
