We are looking for caring, compassionate and hardworking nurses, who want to make a difference.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the courage to make clinical decisions and a willingness to develop your potential. We are a dedicated and caring nursing team who strive to make a difference to the local people in the community. We are privileged to provide nursing care in patients home and provide information and education to patients and carers with the aim of enabling patients to enjoy maximum independence, health and well-being.
On this occasion we are not accepting newly qualified nurses. You will require current NMC registration and post-registration experience.
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
As a community nursing team our service covers 8am to 8pm. As a member of the team you would be expected to work either part time or full time over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. As a trust we have an excellent flexible working policy and work in partnership with our staff to meet the needs of the service.

In the community Trust we mobile work which you will be equipped for (using a laptop and smart phone device); not only is this safer because you will have access all patient information at your fingertips, it also means you can complete records and any other patient paperwork in real time, so you can then focus all your attention on your next patient.
