Your Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide an outstanding level of support to help individuals live a comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy life.
  • Develop excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Support clients in:
    • Independent living (budget management, meal preparation, housekeeping, bill payments, appointments)
    • Community and social inclusion (participating in local events, fostering independence)
    • Personal care assistance (where required, including hygiene tasks, medication support)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months’ UK experience in a similar role
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for empowering people to reach their full potential
