Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide an outstanding level of support to help individuals live a comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy life.
- Develop excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Support clients in:
- Independent living (budget management, meal preparation, housekeeping, bill payments, appointments)
- Community and social inclusion (participating in local events, fostering independence)
- Personal care assistance (where required, including hygiene tasks, medication support)

The ideal candidate will:

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage records accurately and promote person-centred care.
- Commit to safety and compliance, ensuring confidentiality, trust, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Maintain a positive mindset, quick-thinking approach, and the ability to adapt to challenges.
At times, this role can be challenging—you must genuinely believe in the need to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ UK experience in a similar role
- A proactive attitude with a passion for empowering people to reach their full potential
