Community Support Worker - Adult Disability Domiciliary Service - Skelmersdale | Full time

Salary Range: £25,949 - £25,989 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours/week)]

Enhanced Pay:

  • Weekend increment (33%)
  • Bank Holiday increment (50%)
  • Sleep-in allowance: £38.55

About The Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for flexible, compassionate, and motivated individuals who will (elicit a meaningful legacy) for adults living with disabilities.

This role involves 24-hour home support for individuals with learning disabilities, including:

  • Sleep-in duties & weekend work (with applicable increments)
  • Holistic daily support such as personal care, health management, and positive social engagement
  • Guiding clients to access community experiences (e.g., swimming, shopping, dancing)
  • Assisting with financial management and medication administration

Key Accountabilities

As an Adult Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver disability-inclusive support using a person-centred approach aligned with individual support plans.
  • Ensure dignified and respectful care in line with national legislation and internal policies.
  • Enable opportunities such as social, recreational, and skill-building activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to NHS Health & Safety guidelines.
