Salary Range: £25,949 - £25,989 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours/week)]
Enhanced Pay:
- Weekend increment (33%)
- Bank Holiday increment (50%)
- Sleep-in allowance: £38.55

We’re looking for flexible, compassionate, and motivated individuals who will (elicit a meaningful legacy) for adults living with disabilities.
This role involves 24-hour home support for individuals with learning disabilities, including:
- Sleep-in duties & weekend work (with applicable increments)
- Holistic daily support such as personal care, health management, and positive social engagement
- Guiding clients to access community experiences (e.g., swimming, shopping, dancing)
- Assisting with financial management and medication administration

Key Accountabilities
As an Adult Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver disability-inclusive support using a person-centred approach aligned with individual support plans.
- Ensure dignified and respectful care in line with national legislation and internal policies.
- Enable opportunities such as social, recreational, and skill-building activities.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to NHS Health & Safety guidelines.
