We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our Community Rehabilitation Transition Service!
This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
About The Service
Our Community Rehabilitation Transition Service provides clinical and practical support to people who are ready to live more independently but still require significant input from our nursing and community care teams to remain safe and well in the community.
The service also supports people transitioning from community-based support or stepping down from hospital into 24/7 care, with clear and structured plans in place to ensure safe and successful transitions.
Our teams are based within our nursing services and are supported by our wider community care teams. This approach allows individuals to maintain established therapeutic relationships with colleagues they know and trust, while being supported to move towards more independent living.
About The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals with complex mental health needs to live independently in their own homes as part of the Community Rehabilitation Transition Service. Working under the guidance of the Community Clinical Lead and Service Managers, you will deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support, promoting independence and working collaboratively with service users, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
Due to the nature of this role, it is an essential requirement that you hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
