  • Bank holidays & weekends: +£1 per hour

The Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care and ensure Brainkind’s renowned standards are met. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting users with community outings (e.g., local visits, appointments, shopping)
  • Supporting individuals in daily activities to build confidence and independence
  • Contributing to rehabilitation goals and fostering personal growth
  • Collaborating with clients to help them regain control over their lives

About You

We’re seeking applicants with:

  • At least 12 months’ UK experience in Healthcare
  • Unwavering empathy, patience, resilience, and adaptability
  • A positive attitude during challenging rehabilitation moments
  • Strong teamwork ethic and pride in problem-solving collaboratively
  • Excellent face-to-face communication skills
  • Clear literacy and ability to engage with clients professionally
  • Strong time management to prioritise workload and deadlines
