The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care and ensure Brainkind’s renowned standards are met. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting users with community outings (e.g., local visits, appointments, shopping)
- Supporting individuals in daily activities to build confidence and independence
- Contributing to rehabilitation goals and fostering personal growth
- Collaborating with clients to help them regain control over their lives

About You
We’re seeking applicants with:
- At least 12 months’ UK experience in Healthcare
- Unwavering empathy, patience, resilience, and adaptability
- A positive attitude during challenging rehabilitation moments
- Strong teamwork ethic and pride in problem-solving collaboratively
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Clear literacy and ability to engage with clients professionally
- Strong time management to prioritise workload and deadlines
