We are looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our expanding team.

Immediate starts are available for successful applicants, with flexible shifts across a variety of services supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

You will be supporting individuals across Supported Living, Community Outreach and Domiciliary Care Services, helping people to live as independently as possible while delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred support
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice
  • Support individuals with daily living activities
  • Assist with accessing the community, appointments and hobbies
  • Administer medication in line with training
  • Build positive relationships with individuals, families and healthcare professionals

We are looking for people who have:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience as a support worker
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, reliable and positive attitude
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, Including: Practical & Theory Moving & Handling/Medication Administration
  • An enhanced DBS
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to some community-based services, but is not essential
