About the Role
We are seeking a Community Talk Team Advisor to join our Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services.
In this role, you’ll:
- Proactively reach out and connect with community groups across England and Wales.
- Coordinate free Estate Planning talks, supporting people to access vital resources and advice.
- Act as a key liaison between organisations and our Estate Planning consultants, while promoting our services to underserved audiences.
This position allows you to make a real impact by closing the gap for individuals who struggle to understand or access wills and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound engagement: Call and build relationships with a diverse range of community groups and organisations.
- Scheduling & coordination: Work closely with the Admin team to organise and book talks for our Estate Planning consultants.
- External partnerships: Maintain and deepen relationships with group leaders, understanding unique audience needs.
- Resource provision: Order and distribute bespoke infographics supporting our community outreach messaging.
- Feedback management: Handle follow-ups and admin tasks from external partners to ensure a positive experience.

Minimum Requirements
We aim to make our roles as inclusive as possible, so we only ask for essential criteria. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on clear communication.
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- The ability to create and sustain strong external relationships while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Proactive, confident approach to cold-contacting various organisations.
- Good IT proficiency, with experience using Microsoft applications such as Word and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
